Products and prices
We take reasonable care to describe colours, sizing, stock and prices accurately. The total price and delivery charge are shown before payment. We may reject an order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error and will refund any payment.
Ordering and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Stripe processes payment securely; we do not store your full card details. The payment button clearly creates an obligation to pay.
Delivery
Available methods, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We will contact you about a significant delay. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
Cancellation and non-faulty returns
For most online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days beginning the day after you receive the goods. Tell us in writing at [email protected] and return them within a further 14 days. You normally pay return postage. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
Faulty goods
Goods must match their description, be fit for purpose and be of satisfactory quality. Contact us if something is wrong. These terms do not limit your rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty goods.
Refunds and exceptions
Refunds are made to the original payment method within the applicable statutory period. Change-of-mind cancellation may not apply to personalised goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Law and disputes
Nothing in these terms prevents you relying on mandatory consumer protection in the country where you live. We will try to resolve complaints promptly through [email protected].
